how long does it take?

Hi guys,
I have sent all my docs to visa office in Sydney for FSW 26/6,and after about 45 days I received an email from FSW-centralized intake office which contains 2 numbers : UCI and Application .
Does any body knows how long it takes to receive file Number from boffulo office(since I am living in Canada ) and how long after that I will get my medical docs and when to get PR ?any idea about time ?receiving medical docs is very crucial for me! when I may get that?
