how long does it take if using Aramex courier from abudhabi to UAE

Hi guys, anyone any idea which is better VFS or Aramex courier? VFS usually takes 1 week to get the passports back from AUH to Dubai. Has anyone used Aramex before? If yes, how many days did it take?
