How long does it take for OINP to go from "Decision In Progress" to "Approved/Rejected" status?

Hi every one,
I recently applied for ontario nominee international student job offer. I am worried so much. I have two questions: 1. I missed one of my study permits which was for ten years ago but I provided a letter of explanation and also the visa that I cloud get my first study permit ( missed one) with it. Do they reject my case because of this?
2. I have PGWP and it is valid till end of 2025 and I uploaded it with my application. Recently, I applied for another work permit that it's also open. It's a work permit for Iranians. Today, when I checked my mail box, I got this new work permit. And send a webform to ontario for adding this document. Do you think it has a bad effect on my application? I saw people keep saying do not send anything after submitting your application. My application status is still submitted.

I got a call from OINP to submit additional documents on Monday Feb 26, submitted it the same day. No update since.

Did you receive nomination? Mine is also August batch, submitted on 17th of August.
I submitted on September 5 and waiting for the approval.
Status is decision in progress.

Don't give up! Mine was approved after 148 days, I received the email at 7:00am
