How long does it take for CIC to issue AOR after submission of paper based application?

I submitted paper based application on July 22, 2019 after SINP Nomination and the courier tracking system indicates that the documents were received and delivery arranged.

However, since then, I have not heard from CIC regarding acceptance of receipt. What does it take to receive AOR after submission of paper based application? How long does it take to receive AOR?

I will be glad to receive a response, thank you in advance.
