Dear All
!

I'm thinking about the pros and cons of applying Inland versus outland. The main advantage as you know is that outland applicant can appeal in case they get rejected. However, I heard that it takes too long before the appeal is processed and a court meeting is specified.

Is that true?

More straightforward, My question is how long does it take between requesting to appeal and the court appointment?

Many thanks!

It would probably be quicker to find out why it was rejected, correct it and reapply. Not sure exactly how long it would take if it actually went to a court hearing and even then it may not work out in your favour. Depends I guess on the refusal reasons.

Thanks for your reply, I was just asking about the time it takes before a court specifies a hearing (meeting). Like if it takes too much time before you show up in court, then it is not worth loosing the work permit that I can get by applying Inland.

Sorry I misread what you were asking :-[

If you have are in a genuine relationship and present a strong application you have nothing to worry about. Just do you work well and you should be fine...
