How long does it take before you can link cic account to pr card application?

I'm waiting for my first PR card from Etobicoke office. I mailed them the photo plus copr document around 3 weeks ago. But now when I tried to link cic account to pr card application, it still says it cannot find any existing application. How long does it take before you can link cic account to pr card application?

Any update? Please share. I do have the same problem... mailed photo to Ottawa on May 14th .. couldn't find application
