I just received a passport request from cic and submitted all documents they required. I don't need a visa to enter Canada and am currently residing in Canada.
The thing is that, I just received a passport request letter but the issuing date written on the paper is November, 2019. That means I couldn't submit documents within 30 days. I sent out an e-mail to explain the situation to cic and hopefully it doesn't matter anyways.
My question is that how long it usually takes to get COPR after a passport request.
I've been waiting for so long and now I'm kinda sick of waiting.
