I have applied for a Temporary Resident Visa to visit Canada this summer for an internship. I am coming to Canada through "Global Skills Strategy" immigration policy of Canada, which mentions that I'm eligible to participate in work permit exemption for researchers for a stay of 120 days or less in Canada.
But I don't know why they have sent me an email which mentions that I have to submit a "work permit" also( since my friends also have applied for the Visa and had the same application and they have received their Visas).
I have mailed them that I'll be entering Canada through the immigration policy as mentioned in "Global Skills Strategy" last week and today also, but haven't received any reply yet.

So anyone can please tell me that, what nominal time do they take to reply the mails( as it is mentioned 30 days max to reply, but that is way too long)?
And is there any other mean through which I can contact the embassy regarding this issue?

Please let me as soon as possible. I'll be highly obliged by your response.
