I Want to ask, how long does it take to process a visitors visa to Canada from Nigeria.

And also i who have the idea if there would be aby extension to the conversion of visitors visa to work permitted knowing fully well that its currently valid until 28 of February 2022.

Processing times are around 4 months.

You cannot "convert" a visitor visa to a work permit. The work permit is a completely separate application. To qualify to apply for a work permit, you need to secure a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. This is generally extremely difficult to do since most employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process.
