Hello. I have some doubts:
- How long should we keep documents from old temporary resident applications? Like for tax returns that can be audit until 4 years after a tax return has been filled, is there something similar to immigration audit old temporary resident applications (e.g. study permit, work permit, temporary resident visa, etc...)?
- If someone becomes citizen, would immigration audit an old temporary resident application from this person? I have the impression that for citizens they only would audit the citizenship and resident permanent applications.
I couldn't find any documentation online so far regarding this subject.
