how long do I need to wait after Medical Exam submit for H&C application

Submit H&C application Sep 2012,
Jan 2013 CIC start processing case
Feb 2013 CIC request current work history and personal status for marriage and proof of income
March 2013 CIC issue First stage approval
July 2013 CIC ask for medical exam and finger prints as well as paying writing of Permenant resident fee 490 dollar-Submit Medical exam results in Aug 2013 and awaiting for fingerprints from RCMP, pay writing fee 490
August 2013 CIC request updated work history and living address
Oct 2013 receiving finger prints result from RCMP submit to CIC
The end of Oct 2013 CIC call ask to ful fill any gap on section 8 personal information last 10 years to redone make sure no gap in between.
Nov 2013 : fax updated information to CIC.
On my current status check it shows medical result has been received, so my question is anyone here know after medical exam and finger prints all submit, how long more do I need to wait for immigration to make a decision. Any idea?

There are no set timelines for anything that CIC does. They will get back with you, give you an answer when they get around to it, sadly. I know it sounds harsh, but it is the cold hard truth of it. They work on their own timelines and nothing regarding immigration is cookie cutter or cut and dried. You have given them all of the requested information now all you can do is wait for them to contact you again with either a decision or a request for more information.
