My husband came to Canada 2 months ago. We have no connection no love. I want a divorce and so does he. How long do i have to wait to get the divorce to him.

I sponsered him from India

Divorce him right now if you want. Since you sponsored him, you will still be responsible for him for 3 years in case he goes on welfare or disability. He already has his PR and divorce will not take that away.

***This is my question, I just forgot my password to my account so I had to make a new one****

When can i get re-married? If im responsible for him for 3 years..does that mean i can get married after 3 years? What does it mean?

It means that he cannot take social assistance or welfare. You are responsible to support him if he gets ill, or breaks a leg.. etc. He cannot rely on the Canadian Government in anyway. You can divorce live apart..etc.. but if he gets in trouble in any significant way, you are in charge legally. Weather you marry again or not, doesnt matter.

But i heard in Canada you have to be seperated for at least 1 year to apply for divorce?? We been living together for 2 months but been married for 1.5 years...so does that mean i have to wait 10 more months to apply for divorce?? How long does it usually take in Canada to get a divorce and it to be finalized..if there is no property..kids ..nothing invovled?

Why are you in such a big hurry to get divorced?
You can find some info at different websites on what you have to do, one is http://www.candivorce.ca/steps.htm

You can not sponsor another husband for 3 years while you are still responsible for the first one but you can get remarried as soon as your divorce is finalized.

It is true that you have to be living apart for one year before you can finalize a divorce in Canada.

After that you can marry but as everyone has mentioned you are responsible for your current husband if he isn't able to support himself for the total of three years.

This information on divorce in Canada should be of help to you. It says (among other things) that, in order to get a divorce, you have to show that the marriage has broken down, "shown by one year of living apart".
