I know that if I'm from a Scandinavian country, I can stay for 6 months. But can I then go home and come back for another 6 months shortly after? Or is there a max in a year?
Hope any of you can help me! Thank yew =)

How long you are allowed to stay in Canada is determined by the immigration official you speak to when you enter Canada. Most visitors are given the default six months - but not all.

The same rule applies if you leave and then return. How long you are allowed into Canada is up to the officer. If you start spending too much time in Canada or returning too quickly - it is possible to officer may only allow you back into Canada for a shorter period - or could even tell you you're spending too much time in Canada (i.e. trying to live in Canada on a visitor visa) and deny you entry.

Generally it's recommend that you spend more time outside of Canada than inside of Canada in any given year to avoid issues at the border.
