This question may be asked for thousand times. So I just want to make it simple.

I came to Canada with a one year study permit for a one year certificate. In early January, I withdraw from college due to personal reasons and the study permit valid till 31st May this year. Can I stay in Canada without attending school before my study permit expire? Thanks.

Others can correct me but believe now you are no longer in full time education this has the effect of cancelling out your study permit conditions so you probably need to extend your stay as a visitor. For sure no work given you are no longer in education and at some point it is possible the college will notify immigration that you are no longer attending.

Hello,

I want to withdraw from my current college which started in February 2017. I have applied in Humber college for September intake and waiting for the approval. I want to know if it is safe for me to withdraw before i get letter for acceptance or should I wait for the letter. and can I work after I get my admission done for September intake and withdraw from current college.

A little help would be really appreciated.
