one question HOW LONG CAN IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS TO APPLY FOR A COMMON LAW SPONSORSHIP? if I AM FROM GERMANY AND HE IS CANADA CITIZEN (BORN IN CANADA)!
IF I WOULD APPLY OUTSIDE FROM CANADA!

CAN IT BE DONE IN 2 MONTH OR LIKE 10 MONTH .... PLEASE HOW ARE YOUR EXERIENCE? and how much would it be all together with medical test, and and and

1. Processing time Mississauga, 30 days and 10 months for 80% of the applications in Vienna.
2. You do the medical and obtain the police certificates before you submit the sponsorship/application.

the fastest common-law I have seen was through paris office it was a friend of mine.
3 months processing

ive seen others go through mexico office in 4-6 months.

but it all depends on ur office and ur evidence and if your case is straight-forward or unusual.
