How long after receiving the correspondence letter for biometrics, do you receive an answer?

I'm sharing my Visitor Visa application timeline for reference.

June, 23, 2023 - sent application thru IRCC portal.
July 10, 2023 - Biometrics
August 8, 2023 - received the Biometrics Validity letter
August 10, 2023 - application approved and received letter to send passport for stamping.

for me, approval was exactly a month after biometrics.

Applied for visiting visa from Saudi Arabian March 27/2023 from May 17 th still background check in process......

Applied for Supervisa from outside Canada.
Applied On : 28/June/2024
Passport request: 20/July/2024

Here’s the catch: Name is different on application submission letter & passport request letter, rest of the details including Biometric numbers and application, address all info same.

Applicant’s spousal name is part of given name but IRCC put applicant’s father name instead.

What should I do? I sent webform but it will take long & only 30 days timelimit to send passport for visa stamping.

They don’t talk on call for outland visitor visa application.
