How long after medicals is it until passport request sent (Paris embassy)

Applied for fsw March 2014,
Had medicals October 2015
Had to have additional X-ray Dec 2015 dr gave all clear.
Not heard anything, online hasn't even updated to medicals received even though was asked for additional tests. Our embassy is Paris, anyone else been in similar situation? Any idea how long until we get asked for passports to be sent?
Any help greatly appreciated

I have done my medical on Oct 2015 and the record did show that medical received. However, until now no news / status has ever been received. What should we do.
