How long after landing to get pr card

Hello. I see that the cic website is showing 54 days processing time to get new or card after landing. I'm not sure if that is business days or total days but it's been 8 week since landing. When should I follow up with them and what's the best way to make contact?

It is in calendar days you passed the deadline so you can call the cic call center but modt of the time they are not helpfull
