how long after immigration requests your passport do you receive your visa

Hi, my husband and I are sponsering his 3 children from Trinidad.
They have went for their medical and where told to send their passport in 2 weeks after the medical.
I was wondering how long after they send in their passport will they receive their visa to come to Canada.
