No - this won't be a problem provided you were in Canada when you actually sponsored your husband for PR. Since you are a PR, you must be living in Canada when you sponsor your husband and you must continue living in Canada while the application is being processed. A few short trips (e.g. 3 weeks) outside of Canada are fine. Anything longer than that, and you risk having your application refused due to not living in Canada. So once you file the application to sponsor your husband, you must start spending almost all of your time in Canada until his PR visa is approved.
