I submitted my application of Ontario PNP certificate to 400 University Avenue in-person last month. But I haven't got any response. Is the processing time of 3 months accurate? Can I expect that I could receive the certificate by the end of May?
Because I have to move recently, can I change my address? Will Ontario PNP office notice me before they send me the certificate?
