i gave toefl few years ago and it was only earphones not public playing

i ask this because i read some students saying they were distracted by background noise during the listening test..

I dont understand u dude.. I mean I have seen several posts from u which doesn't make any sense and just silly.. u expect people to do ur homework for u . have u tried GOOGLE . Its a great tool to find such trivial answers ..
Btw stop making up things like u heard from students saying they were distracted by background noise.. bcoz they f*cking give u headphones for listening part. And another thing.. which exam allows students to make noise ???

P.S. IF U HAVE APPLIED FOR IELTS , GO THROUGH THE BOOKLET THEY GAVE U .OR GO THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND EVERY STEP OF EXAM AND HOW IT IS CONDUCTED.
