How good is Centennial college in Ontario???

Just wanted to get to get an opinion from people who are aware of colleges and universities in Canada...

One of my friend got admission into CENTENNIAL college in Ontario for his M.S program.

I want to know how good is this college and if you were to rate it on a scale of 10 how much would you give it???

Any sort of help, input, and advice is highly appreciated....
