How far along in the process are we?

Outland application, full application send out end of November. Our First approval has been received and my hubby's PR app has been sent to CPP-Ottawa.

From here does anybody have an idea of approximate wait time, and I'm guessing it's a good sign we received our first approval right =)

it's definitely a good sign! now your file is most likely in Ottawa waiting for review.
For more accurate waiting time, I suggest you join the Outland US thread, and they also have a spreadsheet - you can see which file have received news, and where they are at more or less...
