How early can I pay for my permanent residence application?
In February 2015, my partner and I will be already living together for 1 year, thus will qualify us to apply for my permanent residency.
But this December 2014, I will still have to extend my temporary visa for another 6 months.
I read elsewhere here that some applicants do include a payment receipt of their permanent residence application.
How early can I pay the fee so I can include it in my December extenstion application? It would be about 2 months before I qualify to apply for permanent residency. Is that OK?
