Aah you have lived in the US long enough? That pretty much explains your aggressive brash and rude stance. In that case you're forgiven. :)

Again very american-like of you assuming I have never been to the west and telling me 'do not come to a western country'. Thank you very much for your advise.
thank you... I am not aggressive ...just saying.. thats why I had tagged an immigration guy here... you will never see me asking anyone do this.. and I always tag someone who has knowledge ... you know why? because here interpreting as per our understanding...suppose OP takes our advise.. and something goes wrong.. will you hold urself responsible or me... thats why I am still standing by point consult immigration lawyer even if you have doubt 1% about your documentation or immigration consultant like mr.preet Singh.. because these guys see this crap everyday

Thanks for ur answers. I am still doubtful should i proceed or not. Also i need to know how long will express entry will be continue. Considering the fact that if i enroll myself for B.ed program this year it will finish after two years.

No one can really determine how long the program will continue for. So far analysts are very positive about it and believe EE is here to stay. However with elections around the corner and knowing the opposition isn't very pro Immigration, you never know what happens if the government changes. I don't know your background, so can't comment on your decision. You will need to weigh the pros and cons and take a chance accordingly. Honestly what do u have to lose, but imagine if u do get the PR you will have much to gain. All the best.

now I agree with maple... just ask someone knowledgable , and process with application... please .. what if you get it.. boom, you will be here right... ask legal falcon or mr. preet Singh.. very knowledgeable people..

its not presumptuous.. my friend got rejected on basis if job duties itself.. and mine was vaguely.. matching NOC.. you know..and you cannot tsklr dude.. then please do not come to a western country.. then people might call u bro or dude and u will be like OMG ... I have lived in US long enough so cannot help it... So I do not know what " dude:" means for ya.. here is just like " bro".. so get over that... and yes they will match your degree requirements to NOC code you are putting there.. OP is eligible for PR .. but does his /herdegree and Job goes with NOC thats second.. and I think OP knows he is eligible for PR.. he/ she is doubtful about NOC... that he/she has done teaching for 3 years and more... but degree does not go along NOC requirements

I have been living in Canada since the past few years and I have never seen/heard anyone addressing an unknown individual as a 'dude'.
Again, Canadians are quite welcoming and won't tell you 'then please do not come to a western country'. I guess this is an American thing, eh? ;)

Haha. All good. I am sure @mapleleaf987 will let this slide past. BTW, I have lived in the States for a couple of months and have some friends there who are nicest people that I have come across. So no offence, America! :)
