How does the expiration date of work experience count in CEC?

Hi all, I have questions on how the expiration of CEC work experience work.

1. I have 10-month work experience from Jun 2022 to Apr 2023
2. I have 6-month work experience from Aug 2024 to Feb 2025 then my work permit expires.

I wish to know whether CEC's 1-year work experience requirement count from:
1：1560 hours before the day I receive ITA (which means my last chance to get ITA is before Oct 2025 because part of my experience "expired" at the time, so only Oct 2022-Apr 2023 and Aug 2024-Feb 2025 counts)
2: 1560 hours before I submit the profile (which means I can submit my last profile in Oct 2025 and have a chance before the profile expires in 1 year)

Please help, also if I misunderstood some parts, please point it out. Thank you all in advance.

It's neither of those.

You need to have the one year when you submit your application after receiving ITA. So you would need to receive ITA and submit your complete application before Oct 2025.
