how does the CEM manila work

hello... they say they work on applications as they come in... yet alot of people have waited longer than others.... the average was 183 days for a PPR now some are getting it sooner... if we don,t get a PPR in 190 days ...Guess What!!!! something is wrong!!!!

I,m going to start this!!!! 30 million tax returns done in Canada and in 60 days they call you ...if you don,t file.... Now pay the Immigration 1040.00 in advance...seems to take longer.....WHY!!!! ...and have to assume our papers our at the CEM.... moving in process....wish I could tell Revenue Canada the same thing....just assume I sent my taxes... whoops !!! you must have lost it.... let me look for my papers.... it will take a year!!!!
