I received an LMO that expires on October 01, 2014 and so I went to submit my application for LIC at Visa Application Center, Al Khobar and the assessor found that the "Anticipated date to start" in the contract made by my prospective employer was dated on July 01,2015 of which he said is not the appropriate date because it is a long time frame from the expiration of my LMO. I reasoned out that my prosp.employer dated it advancely due to the long processing time but the assessor did not accept my papers and he advised mo to let the employer changed the date at least the "anticipated date to start" on October 01, 2014.
Can anyone pls. advise me what to do? If my employer only change the date(anticipated date to start), will she make another contract for us or just change that certain page and forward to me so that I can now submit? By the way, in the approved LMO the "Anticipated date to start" column was filled N/A.
