How does applying for divorce impact the PR application which is in the final stages of approval?

My questions are
1. Will it impact the PR application?
2. Should we wait til the COPR comes in and then start the divorce process before the application is approved?
2.a. Should we start the divorce process after landing or after getting COPR ?
3. Should the decision be based on the country’s timeline until the divorce is confirmed ?
PS: The husband is not in the PR application but is mentioned

If your spouse is listed as non-accompanying on the application and your spouse has already completed medicals / PCCs, then it really doesn't matter.
