How do you make an appointment at NDVO?

Our friend's work permit application was refused in an obvious administrative error (GCSM shows the VO did not double check the identity = UCI and application details do not match.) For two months he has tried to get a response from NDVO. His lawyer wants to accompany him to NDVO to discuss the issue. Does anyone have information on making an appointment and how long it takes? Thanks.

I searched net for you and I found the page on how to book an appointment for visa / work permit for Canada from India.

You will have to call application centre above and discuss your case to book an appointment. Their telephone nos are given. I think there is no other way to book an appointment directly with NDVO for temporary visa application. Thanks

Option 2:

You or your agent has the option of presenting the application directly to the Canada High Commission / Consulate General during posted service times between the following timings.

Canada High Commission, New Delhi – Monday to Thursday – 11 am to 12 pm

Consulate General of Canada, Chandigarh – Monday to Thursday – 11 am to 12 pm

You should note, however, that applications filed outside of the area served by the Canada High Commission / Consulate General will normally not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances exist for acceptance. This is a requirement of Canada Immigration Regulations.
