How do we mail our passport to Detroit?

My husband is coming to Canada next week and we are going to be mailing his passport to the Detroit visa office from here.

Does anyone have experience in mailing it? What did you use/do?

Never mailed to Detroit but have used Purolator for Buffalo,Missisauga and Vegreville. Good rates and fast service.

Whatever you use, make sure it is trackable. Do NOT use regular mail.

Thanks for the advice, guys! My husband is going to bring a prepaid envelope from the States with him so we can include the return envelope. We're going to go with Fed Ex, we think. I believe I heard someone mention they used Fed Ex for Detroit before.

I recently mailed passports to Detroit using Fedex, you can't go wrong with them. It's fast, you can track your package and it's convenient.
