How do refunds for sponsorships work?

Guys, out of curiosity I was wondering how refunds work at different stages of an outland sponsorship application.

I know that the $75 application fee is never refunded

If the sponsor is not approved, I think the principal applicant fee of $475 and the Right of Permanent residence fee of $490 are refunded right?

What is the case if sponsor is approved but the pr application is not? Is it only the ROPR fee which is refunded?

This is correct. Once the principal applicant processing has started, only the RPRF is refundable.
