How do i send my Police Clearance Certificate ?

Hi,
I have applied for Inland spouse sponsorship by Mail last September and im yet to send my Police Clearance Certificate to the cic which i obtained recently, do I have to wait for them to ask for my PCC or can i send it upfrontly ?

And i also have the same question for the medical clearance, do i wait for them to ask for it or get it done right now ?
