Best way is to send them a mail and request status update and also name of Visa office in case the file has already moved to VO. I did this after reading many folks doing same on this forum and i got reply the next day.

Also if they confirm that your file is moved to LVO then at least gives you come relaxation that you are more than half way to PPR !
