How do I know that once I submit my EE profile, it would be considered ELIGIBLE or otherwire?

The website of CIC says:

"
If you weren’t found eligible, you won’t be able to update your profile. You’ll have to create a new profile. Be sure your profile is complete and correct before you submit it.

If your profile was found eligible for the pool, you can still update it after you’ve submitted it."

My question is what decides my profile not to be eligible?...or eligible?

The reason I ask this is that I would ideally want to submit my profile WITHOUT the fear of being considered INELIGIBLE and then keep on updating with passage of time.

So really...how would I know that once I submit my profile whether or not it would be considered eligible?

You will be notified if your profile is ineligible and you can see in your online account whether your profile is eligible for any of the streams under EE.
There's nothing to fear, even if your profile is ineligible all you need to do is just create another one once you meet the eligibility. That's it
