Good day, I got wedded 10days after submitting my passport to the Ghana embassy. How do I go about informing them I just got married and will like my wife to get the PR too? My passport is yet to be returned even though it has been approved over a month ago. Thanks.

Off the top of my head, you'll need to send her ID, proof of marriage, police certificate and medical.
They'll send you instructions on what and how to submit once you inform them.
