Go to 'Profile' at the top of the forum page.

Look to the left, click on "Forum Profile Information".

Fill in the information available so far (date of medical, date application filed, etc etc).

Save changes.

Voila!

hope i've filled in the info correctly:

I mailed my app mar 18
It was received mar 21
They approved apr 20
THey sent the letter apr 21
They transferred to Accra may 5
I checked ecas today and they said that my meds had been received
