How do I get my Lost WES Reference Number?

I had submitted my profile in express entry through Sum Rao Law firm. I remember i had paid for WES but don't remember whether i had opened an account with WES. I never got my reference number . So i strongly feel Suma rao Law office had opened an account for me and I had sent them pay check. Now they are avoiding me to give my reference number . I want to apply for one more time.
Can anybody tell me from where I can get my reference number If really they opened an account with WES?
