How do I exclude my spouse from my FSW application?

Hi, I have received the invitation to apply under the FSW category but I am married to a Canadian. How can I exclude my spouse from the PR application?

I have tried playing around with the options (saying non accompanying spouse and stating that she is Canadian) but couldn't find anything that would remove the PR forms for my spouse and requirement for her medical and police clearance from the document checklist.

I don't want to say not married because that would be untrue.
Any ideas on what to do?

Hi,

Please be truthful when filling application forms, this can lead to deport from country. If you are married a Canadian legally, you can straight away apply for Citizenship. You don't need to proceed with FSW and all stuff.

This is completely incorrect. Where on Earth did you find this information.
The OP still has to apply for permanent residency but has the options of FSW or Family Class sponsorship.
