I am having some trouble on how to cite the following offence on the rehabilitation application form. The application PDF will not allow any more than 17 characters so I am thinking either I am doing this wrong or I am completely off. Maybe the form just isn't created correctly and I am thinking about it too much.

Stopped for 'Use disorderly behavior or threatening/abusive/insulting words likely to cause harassment alarm or distress'.

I can find that it is in the 'Public Order Act 1986', Ch 65, Part 1.4A. 1) a). of which can be found here: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1986/64?view=plain

The CIC guide only has this to say:
Include the name of the offence, the name and section of law, the date of your conviction, the city, province/state/county and country where it occurred, and the sentence that was imposed.

Can anybody else shed some light on this for me? I need to only be shown the way and I can look it up myself.

If somebody could help, that would be brilliant and most appreciated.

Attach a piece of paper with all the information.
