How do I check my application status, my agent didnt provide any number

My agent has not provided any application status or number to track. My application reached canada on 27th May. How do we check the status? Which number I should ask my agent so that I can track my application online?

Is it under FSWP 14? Then you have to wait more to get any reference number to check your application status. The reference number is normally your file number or UCI number. Currently 14th/15th May applicants are receiving PER with reference number.

Thanks buddy, yes I have applied under FSWP 14. I have one very imp query. I didnt provide Birth Certificate and just my SSC mark card. That also doesnt have my parents name. Its only on my Passport that has parents name. Although I have provided an Affidavit. Will that be still okay? I heard that CIC sent back some applications because of BC issues?

BC is very important. Try to arrange it.

But if u have applied thru agent. They somehow arrange some docx by themselves. Ask ur agent tht u still the BC or application will be accepted by CIC.
If ur agent says u dont need it and he will process ur case without it. Then u dont need to worry about it.

i have similar problem i have applied in sep 2009 and go a file number in dec 2009 but i did not went ahead with the case as i was getting married so my agent send me letter if i don't pay him for next step he will cancel my application

now i wanna apply again so will i need my old File number or UCi number

If yes what to do as my agent will not give me my old numbers

I just re-checked and found that we have given the SSC marks card and Affidavits for our BC. We dont have BC and we dont have hospital contacts any more to generate the BCs. So I just pray to God that these docs will be considered as valid.
