You can apply by mail to one of the Canadian offices in the US. See: www.cic.gc.ca

Is it possible to change a visa status from single entry to multiple entry within Canada?

Hi PMM,

Is it possible to send the application to a visa office outside Canada? The closest visa offices are in the US and if for example, your stay in Canada is still valid and you don't have a visitor's visa to the US, can you mail your application to one of the visa offices in the US? Thanks.
