How do i apply for my kids visa

I already have a visitors visa for Canada and would like t o travel with my kids for vacation , how can I apply for there visa online. using my IRCC account, also at what age does a child need to do biometrics. Can I get some help . thanks

Yes, using your IRCC account on CIC or new IRCC portal.
New IRCC portal is recommended.
Biometrics NOT required for children under 14.
