My work visa expires in May, and I have my PR application submitted.

How do I apply for BOWP?
I can't see an option on My CIC, and when I use a questionnaire link I found, I have no idea what to answer.

Temporary - less than 6 months? More than 6 months? PR approved in principle?

you have to select open work permit and select temporary more than 6 months.
