How different is May 27th Draw from usual draws

Why do we have 2 scores in May 27th 2017 draw, and is score as low as 199 ??

Because the May 27 draw is program-specific.
The 199-point draw is for FST only.
The other draw is for PNP only.

is'nt 199 too low ? I mean we were talking in 400s a week back

It is not "too low" it is only for the FST program where they were only 400 candidates above that.

As DelPiero07 said, the 199-point draw is specific for FST. FST candidates perhaps are less competitive than FSW/CEC candidates, hence this program-specific draw was conducted.

That and IRCC has mentioned that Canada needs good amount of Skilled Tradespeople.

I meant the last draw in my question, but what is the prediction for next draw? would we have FSW included ?
