How come that CRS is 470(based on the calculator) but do not appear eligible

Hi,

I was trying to get some information about the logic of the eligibility status that is given by the questionnaire and CRS.
Calculated CRS score by the calculator on the Canadian government website was 470 and by surfing the internet, I found out that the average score for the last pool was about 430 points. Nevertheless, the questionnaire for express entry shows ineligibility for the application.

Short description

1) 25 year old, wife and 2 daughters
2) 3 years of professional experience
3) My wife and I have master degrees, will evaluate in 1-2 months
4) IELTS R\L\S\W - 8.5/8.5/7/7

Please help me with this issue, how to become eligible or I should continue with the "ineligible" application?

You cant enter the pool unless you have your ECA completed.

WRT eligibility -
Have you selected Quebec by any chance?
Have you entered the correct settlement funds for a family of 4?

I've selected Ontario for some personal reasons
What amount of funds do I need for the initial application? I have mentioned about 15000 CAD. My family is my wife and 6 months old twins.

For a family of 4 you need $22,856

You have to make sure you have those funds. You'll need to produce evidence of this.

do you mean the crs score calculator ?

Where do we input the fund amount ? there is no such field to be seen on the calculator form.
