Hi,
We got a medical request, but every doc I am calling in Toronto, they said it will take 10 days to upload my results only.

I am following the tracking sheet and some people have done their medical in 2 days? How is that possible?
How can I get it done so quick, which doc you guys are going to.

Please let me know what is the fastest way to do it? I paid my RPRF fee already.

Hi abirdie,

I don't think there are many doctors out there who can upload the results in two days. They have to test your blood etc so 2 days seems not enough. Maybe you're confusing the 'medicals done' date with the 'medicals sent to CIC' date?

Hi , First of all it depends when did you get the appointment afterwords It depends on the Blood and X-ray reports . My doctor took almost 2 weeks to upload them .

But most of the cases it takes 1-2 weeks .

Medical done means only check up is done not results sent to CIC .

In my case, I got doc appt in 2 days, I was able to get into tiny spot because I was single... (receptionist told me)
Of course I phoned many clinics to get it.

if doctors upload the results in two days it is the best thing but they say 2 weeks or 10 days to leave room for error in case anything goes wrong on their end or reports come in late or something....

they don't want people to start swarming their clinics if they cannot upload results in 2 days...they do the best possible effort....

now that being said there are some doctors who really take a long time....that's a different thing...where are you looking to get your medicals done?

My Medical exam was in fact sent to CIC in 2 days after the exam. If you don't mind driving, go to Kitchener to see Dr. Garret or Dr. Shadd. Appointments available next day or so. X-ray result came in half an hour later after the X ray test was done!!! Super fast! Dr's. secretary called me, while I was doing my blood test, and said Xray is normal, and I was like " I just did the test 20 min ago!"!!! Blood test result came in 2 days later and ALL the results were uploaded to CIC the same day!!! Everything is in the same building! Plus Med exam was only $120+ $40 Xray+$7blood test per person! Highly recommend:)

I second Dr. Garret. My experience was exactly as Vik1112 mentioned below. For families with kids, its ever better. He charges $400 for family with 2 kids (x-ray $40 per person and blood test $7 per person extra).
