No, you are calculating for each band yourself and please count your total what you did its 12 points so IO is wrong.

You're right man IO made this mistake. You deserve to get 12 point, could you mention what was your visa office.

Actually i have the same score in IELTS.

Speaking- 7.0

Overall- 6.5
IO made the rigth calculation in giving you 10 points. You need to get 7.5 on listening and 6.50 for the rest.

VOs allot points on the basis of band, not on the overall score. Here is my score and points

Listening- 6.5 - 2 points
Reading- 5.5 - 2 points
Writing- 6.5- 4 points
Speaking- 7.0- 4 points

hi all....
i have applied under fsw under 4131....but vo at ND has refused at the ground of lack of settlement funds.... but as i have provided them the required evidences of funds..
we r two persons in our application & we have provided evidence of 16000 dollars.. funds r 500000( FD),250000(SAVING ACCOUNT)... but i dont know how they miss fd.... now pls advise me what to do..?

listen its geniune error,,,, just go to FD office get letter from them and attased with Nortray public because in that letter alwasy they mention that money is cashable at anytime so that the main proof ,,,,, and do with covering letter to explain them that this is cashable for any time and explain them best you can , fax them , and email them and by mail... make sure send them original letter from Govt. you have right they will give you letter... if any questions ask me.... always fight for justice. your situation is geniune.

Trust me Inshallah you will get justice. and Please pray for my case if you can...

You are right on your calculation. VO should have awarded you 12 points with that score. Don't worry you have a similar case here where VO made a mistake on IELTS score calculation and they re-open the file. The member name is Darkside. Goodluck to you.

thanx for ur advise....but in refusal letter,they only asked abt lack of funds....they mentioned the figures in my saving account.. if dey have any problem wid fd, then they should talk abt it.i think they have lost my notary attested zerox copy of fd....

so send them again and explain them that you did sent that copy with your full applicaiton, and get letter from fd people and sent them along for stronger case.. which visa office??

belize, Visa office have refused my FSW application due to IELTS points. Here is my IELTS score

Listening- 6.5 ----2
Reading- 5.5 -----2
Writing- 6.5 ----4
Speaking- 7.0 ----4

Visa officer has given 10 points for this score. Is it right? This is the reason I got 65 points in total. IELTS points should be 12 right?

Yes Aman, few people on this forum one is CANUPET his file was reopen error was NOC codes and few other but mistake from CIC then they will open hopefully but you have to explain them very clearly in letter so they can understand but anyway I am in same boat they refuse my application becaseu they didnt count my experience codes beside 38 list. I sent them letter almost more then a month now but no reply yet. I have just hope they can understand the error.
