How can they send a mail receive confirmation

Hi,
I send my citizen application third week in April 2017, courier received next day I got confirmation by courier company , still I did not get any confirmation from citizenship process center, some one have idea to this case normally how many day they take, and they are send email or paper mail for confirmation they receive my application.

If you indicated your email address, then AOR will arrive by email. It can take from 5 up to 30 days. You should hear soon.
